It’s a little ironic that I decided to title this site MyBodyBuildingZone.Com.  It’s ironic because the methods that I promote on this site have little to do with traditional bodybuilding and everything to do with building strength, power, endurance, and of course lean, rock-hard muscle.

Shockingly many athletes train like bodybuilders and wonder why they are not receiving the results that they should.  It’s simple really, if you want to be a bodybuilder, then train like a bodybuilder.  However if you want to gain strength and power, then you need to take advantage of the best and most effective strength training methods possible to help you reach your goals.
